I can not recommend mr desai enough , he was excellent, he made me feel at ease about the whole process from start to finish .

After a long spell of unsuccessful physiotherapy on my shoulder I was sent to Mr Desai by my doctor. The initial examination and following surgery has been very successful and I can’t recommend both Mr Desai and St Hughs hospital enough

I felt Mr Desai took ownership of my needs as a patient and that my health was important to him. Unfortunately this isn't always the case with some doctors, surgeons etc. Very straight forward, which gave me confidence in him. His continuing reassurance is helpful, even after discharge I knew I could go back to him if I had any problems. I think Mr Desai was as pleased as I was with a successful outcome! No hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

I first saw mr Desai in 2019 after I had been diagnosed with rotator cuff impingement in my right shoulder. I later then had surgery to correct it. The surgery went well I was a little nervous but I was reassured by mr Desai and is very professional and listened to what I had to say. Parkhill hospital is very clean and tidy and have a fantastic work team. Two years later I was having the same trouble with my left shoulder and I saw mr Desai who diagnosed that I had rotator cuff in my left shoulder we chatted via phone consultation and then I had a face to face. Mr Desai said that I had two options I went with the cortisone injection to see if that would work . But unfortunately it only worked for a short while. I went back to see mr Desai who then said that that SAD surgery was the next option. I had this done in July 2021 and It was a great success I’m am very happy with the out come and would highly recommend mr Desai
